| back in 2005 sam repaired my roof that got damaged during the hurricanes of 2004. out of all the estimates i received sams was much lower than the next lowest one.
they did the work quickly (one day and it was done), they didn't seem to leave any mess in my yard and everything went fine.
on a side now (also why i really checked into how to leave ratings on this site) just recently i was having a water leak on the roof that was replaced in 2005, even though the labor warrenty was over sam came over and fixed the roof for free.
sams is a good honest contractor which don't seem as easy to find these days as you expect. |
