I was called at 8AM the morning of my e-mail inquiry. Ray Ramos, the technician, called me at 10AM to say he would be on site in half an hour. By 11AM we had reviewed all of our needs and he began the work, which was completed at 4:45PM. Absolutely stellar customer service and very fairly priced. Ray was superb. He was attentive, meticulous, efficient and interacted kindly with our air conditioning vendor working on site as well. Not only would I recommend this vendor, I would use them again and request Ray to do the work.
